This 12 Week Fitness Journal will Help You Slay Your Healthy Goals!

I’m so excited to be part of the launch team for the Get2Fit Fitness Journal! I received my Get2Fit Journal free of charge in exchange for my participation in launch week. I honestly love it! This fitness journal is packed with everything you need to slay your goals. It all starts with writing it down.

Food and Fitness Journal for women. Complete health and fitness planning and tracking including daily log, motivational quotes, and weekly check in.

12 Week Fitness Journal

The 12 Week Year

Fitness Journal - Get2Fit 12 Week PlannerThis year I read an incredibly inspiring book called The 12 Week Year by Brian Moran. This book has completely changed the way I think about goal setting and planning.

The basis of the book is all about getting a clear vision about your life goals. Not just a hazy, wouldn’t-it-be-nice idea – a solidly, clear vision of what you want your life to look like. Then making a plan to achieve it.

Do you have a vision? Is there a way you want to look and feel? Is there a certain way you’d like to spend your time? Do you have grand business goals? I didn’t have a clear direction until I read this book and really focused on what it was that I wanted. Now I’m working toward it little by little. Each and every day.

Start Today

“The thinking that says, ‘I will start building my ideal future tomorrow, or next week, or next month,’ is fatally flawed. The future you are going to live is the one you are creating right now at this very moment.”
― Brian P. Moran, The 12 Week Year

One thing I loved about Moran’s process is that he encourages you to let go of the calendar year. Make a plan and start on Monday. Then keep killing it for 12 weeks straight.

The Get2Fit Journal is perfect for implementing just that. You don’t have to set a pie-in-the-sky dream goal for where you want to be this time next year. Think about where you want to be in three months, and make it happen! Short term goals feel more achievable. If you believe you can achieve it, you will!

Short-Term Goal Planning

It’s no surprise, then, that many fitness programs are also based on a 12 week or 90 day cycle. One of my favorites is Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution. If you like to workout at home, this is a fabulous program. I started with all of the modifications and easier moves. By week 8 I could see and feel a huge difference in my body. Watch out for those one arm push ups, though!!!

Food and Fitness Tracking

Fitness Journal - Get2Fit 12 Week Planner

The Get2Fit Journal has everything you need to kickstart your wellness journey or get yourself moving again!

Get2Fit works with ANY diet and exercise program. Whether you are a Weight Watcher and aspiring yogi (like me) or a Keto and Crossfit queen, planning and tracking your goals and progress is key. Customize your diet and fitness goals to fit your needs, and track it all in one journal!

You’ll find motivational quotes, room to plan and track your food and fitness, and daily logs for both food and exercise.

My favorite part is that this is a true journal. There is plenty of space for journaling and reflection. Start your 12 weeks by writing down your goals and plans. Rate your daily progress and note what you’re grateful for. Take time to reflect on your progress every 4 weeks with the 4 week check-in.

  1. This new food journal looks amazing. Just reading everything about it gets me motivated to do what I need to do and make changes in my life for my health and weight. It looks motivational and has a lot of new ideas!

  2. This planner sounds like a great idea. I will definitely have to look for that book too. What I do to reward myself once I meet a goal is that I keep a list of ‘pamper’ ideas like going to a movie I want to see, buying a new clothing item, a new scented candle, or having an at home ‘spa’ day, etc., when I make a goal I choose what the reward will be ahead of time (based on the difficulty of the goal) off of the list and when I meet it I don’t feel guilty about it because I’ve earned it!
